SCHBA Mission
The mission of the Stanly County Home Builders Association, a professional trade organization comprised of local associations and affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders, is to serve its members by striving for a successful building environment throughout the state.
The programs and services provided to SCHBA’s members enhance their professionalism and encourage their involvement in community leadership to improve the quality of life for all Stanly County citizens.
The association is dedicated to an active governmental affairs program which provides safe and affordable housing and the opportunity for home ownership.
The Stanly County Home Builders Association (SCHBA) is a combination of building professionals who share a common goal of bringing great ideas and great people together to build an extraordinary home at a great value.
